He drove to a friend’s hardware store and had him reopen so he could get the breaker we needed. He came back and gave us light AND hot water right as the sun went down. Great job! Comments: Robert and his helper from JC Electric came to my home today and installed a new exhaust fan and a separate switch in my half bathroom, replaced an exhaust fan in my hallway bathroom, replaced a light fixture in my utility room, and repaired my ceiling fan for a reasonable price. The final price was much cheaper than originally estimated, and they completed the job sufficiently in less than half the time originally estimated. I highly recommend JC Electric and will use them for future electrical projects and repairs.

I have called on some other electrical companies before and was disappointed with the initial call, the pricing,the service itself…for example sending out an inexperienced technician by himself before he was ready, no eye contact, no good explanations of job process, just wham bam thank you mam attitude and out the door. Calling JC Electric was the best call I could have made, it was the difference between night and day! I am an older woman who lives alone and I was anxious having a strange man in the house. When they knocked on my door, the first thing I saw was good eye contact, a smile, followed by a greeting, an introduction and a firm hand shake. That little bit of extra effort goes a long way at putting you at ease. Every step of the process was professional starting from the initial contact with a very pleasant receptionist, to the extremely quick turn around time, to job completion.I was very impressed with the excellent customer service of all the team members working together efficiently like a finely tuned machine. JC Electric is an amazing company that has everything going for them, excellent customer rapport, efficient and timely service calls and very reasonable pricing. Comments: I can’t say enough about the professional service I received from the first phone call to the install. We had been putting off having a new electric line ran from our side yard through our back yard to our koi pond..we have a lot of landscaping, not to mention phone and cable right where the line needed to go. Let’s not forget the wonderful prairie soil we have. Robert and his team took great care in making sure these lines did not get cut, and were very respectful of our yard. It all looks so professional compared to our old outlet which come to find out was out of code. Robert and his team took the time explained everything they would be doing and made sure we were happy with the placement of the outlets. I also have a garden shed that we built four years ago. We never had electricity put in and never thought about it. When Robert came out for his first visit he asked if we wanted him to run electric to our shed since they would be working that way. So I’m happy to say after four years I now have a light and outlets. We plan to make JC Electric our go to company.
